Offering a mixed programme of consultations and intense coaching activities, we take a holistic approach to business modelling as we do with product design. We focus on outlining the dominant business models & most important long-held beliefs that can be disrupted during which, we work with you to prototype solutions, design different business models, experiment and evaluate in real time.

  • Business Model Ideation: Identifying operational business models using Business Model Flowchart Mapping
  • Structure your newly ideated business models: By uncovering and mapping any underlying assumptions, you will be guided to model your newly ideated model with value exchanges using (RubiXile) our bespoke software to generate a snapshot.
  • A/B Testing for minimum push-back and friction-less trading: Surviving in the real world is what it’s all about. Here, we summarize the most important aspects of your business model using growth metrics (AARRR) to identify any potential challenges.

In addition, we apply growth marketing strategies to;

  • Estimate the cost of acquisition (COA) of new customers and lifetime value (LTV) of existing customers.
  • Assess performance benchmarks, process design & Management to build a scale model to understand any upcoming challenges to growth – ahead of time.

During this 2 half day sessions, we go deep and explore the content and context of your business requirements and discuss the specific challenges or opportunities.

We then build a model or framework to address or develop specific, actionable plans for execution with a review timetable and benchmarks for measurements.

The session can be divided up into sections:

  • one hour to frame the challenge or opportunity and provide context and background
  • two hours as a working session to develop a solution
  • one hour to wrap things up into a deliverable or a framework to guide further work

Consultations and planned sessions may include, but is not limited to:

  • Framing the overall problem or opportunity
  • Developing A Situation Analysis to frame the discussions
  • Creating a discussion plan to map out solution channels
